Happy 2012!

Thank the Lord that my 2011 not only ended well, thanks to a great wedding, marriage and the start of my future with Mr. G, but that 2012 has started well too!

The year 2011, although great, was still incredibly hard and full of struggles and changes.  I remember there was a point when I sat down and thought about everything that had happened to me, or all that had changed, in even less than 6 months' time!  It's absolutely nuts and absurd to think about it all, but I can say that I'm proud of how I overcame the challenges that I was presented with, and I'm just going to go ahead and give myself a pat on the back, if you will.  It was tough...but it was good, and necessary, and I'm exactly where I need to be and where God wants me!

On Friday, I was officially promoted to Regional Account Manager at work.  My job and role has changed at work several times since I've worked at the company in March, and to say it's been a smooth and easy process would be a lie.  I'm not going to get into the nitty and gritty, but some of you know what I'm talking about. :)

Anyways, in mid-October I transitioned into this new group/team that I'm a part of now, and it's probably been the best thing that's happened to me since I've been at TargetSolutions.  I am a part of an incredible and supportive team and I get to work with several of my closest friends at work, which might be the best part!  We have ourselves a good time.

You can see my territory that I manage- in blue - on the map below.  I work with all of our clients and sales representatives in that area - it's going to be a hefty job. :)  I sure do love that I get to have Texas as part of my territory, and I hope this means a few work trips to my home state in the future!
