Crazy Girl

I know I've been posting a lot of music posts lately, and I'm sorry because that could be considered a bit lame. But Eli Young Band's new single, Crazy Girl, has been one of my go to songs for weeks now. I just love it so much. When I first heard it I was like whhha is this...? but after a few more times, I jumped on board and am pretty much obsessed with it. I love the lyrics, the tune, the jam, the whole bit. 

Anyways, it makes me laugh because although it's a sweet song and he's professing his everyday, true love for his "crazy girl", he's also totally calling her girls out. Us girls, we can pull some crazy moves and leave our men completely dumbfounded. I mean, let's be honest, I've totally been a "crazy girl" and I'm sure I'll have a few more "crazy girl" moments in my lifetime. :) But thanks to this song, it can be turned into a good thing. Jeffrey tells me (lovingly) that he thinks of me/us when he hears this song. I think of him/us as well. I think it's so perfect that it came out when it did, while we were engaged and about to commit ourselves to marriage, because it reminds me that no matter what I do or what situations may present themselves as - he wouldn't dream of going anywhere. And that he loves me like crazy.

P.S. The video is a very literal interpretation of the song - it's a good video to watch, and it's fun to see the band's parts in it. :)  Enjoy.
