If you've known me for an hour, you probably know that I have a strange love and obsession with owls. I *die* every time I see anything owl, and my friends know enough to text, call, or purchase when they see owl items. I have great friends. You may be wondering why I love owls so much, well I am not even quite sure myself other than it originated when I pledged my sorority, Chi Omega, at Texas A&M. Our sorority symbol is the "owl" as it's a symbol for wisdom. Hence since our symbol is the owl, a lot of our sorority stuff had owls on them.
Anywhoo (whoo whoo), my friend Sarah Bertelson sent me this in the mail for my birthday on Cinco de Mayo and I just had to share!
She got the coin purse in NYC when she was there for work a few weeks ago. Is it not the cutest? And obviously I am not her grandpa, but the card had an owl on it...so she had to!
